At Ready to Grow Initiative, we believe every child should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. We are a student-led community movement that provides free workshops and caregiver resources designed to create a nurturing developmental environment for children aged 1-6 and their caretakers. By working together with venues connected to the underserved, we bring accessible, engaging, and research-based support to children and caretakers!

Starting Ready to Grow, we have donated 370+ educational kits to various partners, grown to 20+ international board members, started 4 school chapters, partnered with 7 organizations that support children and families, served over 6,100 kids, had 275 confirmed child interactions, and donated 140 physical pamplets. Through workshops, outreach, and caregiver education, we hope to continue making developmental support more accessible for every child.
