WELCOME TO READY TO GROW

At Ready to Grow Initiative, we believe every child should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. We are a student-led community movement that provides free workshops and caregiver resources designed to create a nurturing developmental environment for children aged 1-6 and their caretakers. By working together with venues connected to the underserved, we bring accessible, engaging, and research-based support to children and caretakers!

Starting Ready to Grow, we have donated 150+ educational kits to Orange County Rescue Mission, grown to 20+ international board members, started 2 school chapters, and partnered with 5 organizations that support children and families. Through workshops, outreach, and caregiver education, we hope to continue making developmental support more accessible for every child.

WORKSHOPS

Each session focuses on a key developmental area through hands-on activities for the kids, while offering caregivers tools and strategies to continue supporting development outside of the workshops!
